Promoting stopmotion is our mission.

Stopmotube exclusively highlights short stopmotion animations.

Submission is free but publication on Stopmotube is not automatic.

Each submission is reviewed by stopmotion animation professionals.

We thus carry out a real work of curation in order to offer our spectators appreciable experiences of stopmotion animations.

This step is essential so that the public appreciates more and more this wonderful technique of animation and that the directors and animator can flourish more in this profession.

Before submitting your film, read our conditions:

Prerequisites: the achievement must contain at least one of the 11 stopmotion techniques.

The qualities examined:

• Script quality: the story must tell something understandable. With a beginning, an end, and a plot (even minimalist) in between.

• Artistic quality: the atmosphere must be mastered: harmonious colors, worked lights

• Technical qualities: animation movements must have a minimum of fluidity. The camera must be stable or its movements must be controlled and smooth.

• Cinematographic quality:

• Sound qualities: sounds, music and voices must be distinct and properly mixed

The length: the duration must be less than 15 minutes.

Rights: Movies must have all the necessary rights and permissions, including music..
